Teacher

Responsible for consistently meeting Teacher responsibilities and supporting Director in meeting Tots Unlimited expectations. Teach, monitor, and supervise children. Instruct appropriate age groups utilizing the lesson plan and activites provided by the Lead Teacher. Maintain and foster positive and constructive interaction with children and parents. Ensure and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment. Assist with other duties as needed: may include food preparation, van chauffeuring, answering the phone and responding to parent questions. Participate in special events and training.

Lead Teacher

Responsible for consistently meeting Lead Teacher responsibilities. Ability to teach, monitor, and supervise the age group of children in their classroom and supervise the other staff in the classroom. Provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum with resources provided by Tots Unlimited. Must have ability to adapt to needs of the children and the community. Maintain and foster positive and constructive interaction with children and parents. Assist with Teacher training and development. Ensure and assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Center Director in the overall operations, financial performance and growth of the Child Care Center. The Assistant Director in the absence of the Center Director is accountable for the day to day activites, appearance, programs and personnel.The Assistant Director's responsibility is also to be an effective Manager to Associates, Parents and Children. The Assistant Director shall represent and market the Center's professional image in the community, maintaining its quality and reputation in the child care industry.
